At AbacusNext, I helped to market various product lines by gathering and leveraging customer testimonials. Included in its roster of clients for cloud hosting solution, Cloudnine RealTime, was a national take-home and bake pizza chain, Papa Murphy’s. A book keeper who worked with the brand had sent the marketing department a letter in which she expressed her gratitude for our customer service. Not to let a good opportunity go by, I called her and asked if she was willing to be featured in a case study. She gladly agreed and so, I sent her a questionnaire and from it, built the following case study. I collaborated with our Communications Director and Graphic Designer to produce the final result which was published to the Cloudnine Realtime website:
